Features

Key Benefits

WPP - Proof Of Concept Project

Geneo - Capitaland Singapore

Slated for completion in Q2 of 2024, Geneo features a 27m-tall mass timber canopy containing 1,145 m3 of structural glulam, storing 952 tonnes of CO2-e

A 2 hr fire rated Canopy sprawling over 3100m2
Innovation includes girod connections full
assembly tested in singapore.

Current LCA calculations put GHG emissions for the entire value chain at around 70 tonnes of CO2 equivalent, which results in the timber
structure being carbon negative – a carbon storage value of over 950 tonnes of CO2-e.

GHG data, with manufacturing, certification and compliance data, was tokenised on a Web3 format Forming the building blocks for onward use in emissions reporting or converted into carbon storage credits . Setting up the material for future BuyBack programs.

Wood Product Protocol ™

Partnership With DoubleHelix

At DoubleHelix, we are a group of individuals who love forests and the amazing materials that come from them.
We understand that replacing environmentally damaging materials with wood-based products is key to meeting Sustainable Development Goals, so long as they come from known, legal, well-managed forests.

We want everyone to care about where their products come from as much as we do because it’s so important to our future.

ESG Impact

Climate & ESG Impact

A strong commitment to advancing the future of sustainable materials is reflected in innovative breakthroughs promoting the adoption of mass timber and engineered wood in construction, driving significant progress in Climate and ESG impact.

Short Term

Long Term

Incentivising Timber Building

Forests are carbon sinks, more productive timber industry protects the global acreage of forests. Repurposing components from MET buildings enables true circularity.

Supporting Sustainable Timber

Our services ensure that the supply chains are rooted in sustainable forestry practices

Long Term

Stored Carbon in Timber

Mass Timber Carbon Credits can have long-term value on the voluntary carbon market Supports Article 6 in COP26 supporting Climate Action

Carbon Emissions Reduced

Timber is significantly less carbon-emitting than most traditional construction techniques
